When the conveying pipe of the pump truck is blocked, the following methods should be used to eliminate:

1. Repeat the reverse pump and the positive pump, gradually suck out the concrete into the hopper, re-mix and pump.

2. Use a mallet or other methods to find out the blockage, after the concrete is loosened, the reverse pump and the forward pump are repeated to remove the blockage.

3. When the above two methods are invalid, after the concrete pressure is relieved, the conveying pipe at the blocked part should be removed, and the concrete blockage should be discharged before taking over. Before re-pumping, remove the air in the pipe before tightening the joint.

Concrete pump truck maintenance precautions:

When the pump truck is running, do not open the hopper screen, water tank cover and other facilities.

When pumping, it is necessary to ensure that the concrete in the hopper is above the position of the mixing shaft to prevent concrete injection caused by gas inhalation.

When the pipe is blocked, the pump must be reversed to release the pressure in the pipe before the delivery pipe can be disassembled.

Before performing maintenance, shut down the machine and release the accumulator pressure.

Daily inspection of XCMG pump truck:

If a failure is found during hydraulic component inspection, check the cause and repair the entire circuit before operation. If the oil is found to have diarrhea, check and eliminate the cause of the leakage in time. It is strictly forbidden to change the original settings privately: all adjustments and calibrations must be done by professionals.

The grease in the lubrication pump must be sufficient and clean at all times, and the lubrication pipeline joints must not leak. Check the lubrication of each operating part at any time. If there is a lack of oil, stop the machine for inspection immediately to prevent accidents. After the grease pump is empty, the newly added grease is not easy to pump out due to air bubbles. In this case, you need to open the pump outlet and operate the grease pump until the grease flows out again and then connect the pipeline. Check the oil and lubricating oil levels. Mechanical structural parts should be greased to prevent surface exposure. Equipment that has not been used for a long time should be fully lubricated.
