Selection of dust filter element for mixing station

The dust removal filter element of the mixing station is a kind of warehouse top dust collector that we commonly use to filter dust. So how should we choose a good quality dust filter? Below I list a few points for your reference.

      The first is the choice of material temperature. Our mixing plant top dust filter element is a dust filter element made of polyester fiber. The stiffness of the non-woven fabric will decrease at a temperature of 85-135 degrees. Therefore, we have to choose a high-temperature dust filter.

       Secondly, the working environment, if the working environment humidity is relatively high, then we should choose a moisture-proof dust filter.

      3. Intensity selection, if the pressure of the silo top dust collector is too large, it cannot be discharged in time to relieve the pressure, it is easy to cause the dust filter element to be damaged due to excessive pressure, and cause dust to the silo top dust collector. Therefore, we have to choose a dust filter with greater strength and pressure resistance, which can extend the service life.

     4 Selection of filter area. The filter area of the dust removal filter element on the top of the warehouse refers to the effective filter area after the dust removal filter element is fully expanded. If the powder dust particles are relatively high, a dust filter with a smaller filter area can be selected.
