Application of CO2 laser tube

The laser tube is mainly used for CO2 laser processing equipment. Such as laser cutting machine, laser engraving machine, laser marking machine, etc.

Precautions for use:

 1. Reliable laser power supply must be matched. Each laser tube with different power will have a corresponding laser power supply matching. Mismatching can easily cause the laser tube to explode.

 2. Must be used under good circulating water cooling conditions. The flow rate of the cooling water is 2L-4L/min. If the cooling effect is not good, it will cause film jumping, resulting in power reduction and even laser tube explosion.

 3. When using it, the principle of cooling water low in and high out is adopted, and the water pipe is adjusted to ensure that there is no air bubble in the pipe. Soft water for cooling water (distilled water or pure water), please note that the maximum temperature of water can not be higher than 30 degrees, the lowest temperature can not freeze the water inside, the most suitable temperature is between 15-25 degrees. There should be no scale in the pipe, so as not to cause cooling water If it is clogged, it can be cleaned with 20% dilute hydrochloric acid.

The newly used laser tube has a pink color, which is very bright, and after aging, the light color is white, which is very dim. Generally, the low-power CO2 laser tube has a shelf life of three months and a service life of 2000 hours. CO2 laser tubes with a power of more than 100W can be used for 5000 to 10000 hours, and the retention period can generally be guaranteed for 10 months to 1 year. The standard of replacement varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the replacement procedure also depends on their after-sales service.
